Location: Boarding House, Historic Johnson Farm on Haywood Road, Hendersonville, NC
Prerequisites: Boot Camp I or equivalent (Advanced Beginner). This can also be a refresher.
Class Description: Students may be working on different projects depending
on their previous weaving experience. If dressing your loom independently is your goal — you will dress your floor loom 2x's during the class. The first time will be with a pre-wound
warp for mug rugs and the second time, you will plan and wind your warp and dress a floor loom.
OR - explore double weave blocks in the Bauhaus tradition on a 4 harness floor loom.
Fee: $180 for HWFA members (must have completed orientation at the time of registration) or $190 for non-members, payable by check, cash or credit card to HWFA. Materials
fee of $10.00 payable to the Instructor on class day.
Supplies brought by student: weaving tools, pencil with eraser, calculator.
Materials Used (provided by instructor or HWFA): Yarn for first project, handouts.
