Prerequisites: some knowledge of punchneedle
Class Description: Using a cookie cutter as the pattern, we will trace the cutter, do punchneedle to fill in the pattern
with DMC thread and finish it by sewing felt on the back. All this will be done inside the cutter which will stay with the ornament
Fee: $30 for HWFA members (must have
completed orientation at the time of registration) or $40 for non-members, payable by check, cash or credit card to HWFA.
Materials fee: $5
Supplies brought by student: punchneedle, scissors, needle for sewing, cookie cutters, locking hoop
Materials provided by instructor or HWFA: the instructor will have all of the supplies mentioned above if anyone needs anything. Threads and wool felt will be provided.
