Class Description: An introductory class to learn the basics of knitting. No previous experience is necessary. Class will cover the building blocks of knitting – knit, purl, cast-on, bind-off, and shaping (increasing/decreasing). We will also embark on a first project with options to be discussed in class.
Fee: $90 for HWFA members (must have completed orientation at the time of registration) or $100 for non-members, payable by check, cash, or
credit card to HWFA.
Materials fee: $10 payable in cash to instructor first day of class
Supplies brought by teacher: The instructor will provide 1 pair of needles and yarn for lessons. Students will receive guidance on purchasing materials for their chosen projects.
