Description: Have you ever wondered how cloth is woven? Join us for 3 sessions where you will learn how to weave cloth on a floor loom. At the end of the 3 classes, you will know about looms, how they works, basic weaving techniques and weaving terminology. You will leave with a sampler of weave patterns that you have woven.
Location: Boarding House, Historic Johnson Farm on Haywood Road, Hendersonville, NC
Prerequisites:  None - this is a Beginner Weaving class
Maximum number of students: 4
Students should bring the following to class:  Tape measure, pencil, scissors
Fee: $135.00 for HWFA members or $175.00 for non-member. This fee includes materials and equipment rental.

Membership rates apply to members in good standing who have completed orientation.
